组策略: 关闭应用兼容性助手  
        设置带宽保留
        删除操作中心图标(用户配置-管理模板-开始菜单-删除操作中心图标)
关闭自动更新
关闭远程协助  关闭系统还原并删除还原点
关闭磁盘计划整理
第一步：减肥前先运行“取得管理员所有权.reg”
    1.C:WindowsWebWall*** （Windows自带墙纸）   
    2.C:perflogsSystemDiagnostics
    3.C:WindowsDownloaded Program Files 可以安全删除。几十M到几百M不等。         
    4.C:WindowsHelp
    5.C:WindowsIMEIMESC5 IMEJP10 imekr8  IMETC10  (四个文件夹全部删除)     
    6.C:WindowswinsxsBackup
    7.C:windowssoftwaredistributiondownload
    8.C:UsersPublic(删除)。所有用户公用文件夹，里面有一些示例图片、视频等，可以删除之(217M)，
   9.控制面板-打开：添加删除程序-打开或关闭windows功能-去掉:"Tablet PC组件，XPS Viewer，XPS服务，媒体功能只保留Windows Media Player,远程查分压缩，游戏（可保留5个纸牌游戏）。    去掉小钩钩够点击确定重启。
